Big Frog / Little Frog

Our buddy program connects younger swimmers with older teammates for encouragement, friendship, and help navigating swim meets.

Little Frogs, ages 5–10, are paired with Big Frogs, ages 11–18. Older swimmers help their buddies learn team cheers, understand their events, and feel welcome. Parents remain responsible for supervising their children at meets.
